Our office is located in Torrington, which has been the economic and business hub of the County for well over one hundred years. From our downtown Torrington location we are able to serve the needs of clients throughout Litchfield County.

Peter C. Herbst

A lifelong resident of Litchfield County, Peter Herbst was raised in Morris on Bantam Lake’s Deer Island. He is a graduate of Rumsey Hall School in Washington, CT and Wamogo Regional High School in Litchfield.

Laura Lemieux, Paralegal

Laura has served as the firm’s Real Estate Paralegal for over 12 years. Laura has also served on the Connecticut Bar Association CLE Faculty for Residential Real Estate Transactions. She is the Membership Services representative for the Northwest Connecticut Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Litchfield County Legal Secretaries Association.

Maria Hill, Legal Assistant

Maria serves as the firm’s administrator and legal assistant in all matters of practice and has extensive real estate experience, having served as a real estate paralegal for 10 years prior to joining the firm. Maria is a Member of the Town of Bethlehem Planning Commission. She is a member of the Litchfield County Legal Secretaries Association.
